Frank Turano has served on the PSD Commission since 2018. He is a resident of Palmetto Hall Plantation. Frank is the Director of Business Development for Alliance Consulting Engineers and has expertise in a wide array of public infrastructure projects, including wastewater treatment plants and transportation improvements. Frank is a veteran, having served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. He holds an M.B.A. from Pace University and an undergraduate degree from St. John’s University.
